- The address field is a required field. You may enter information in any of the other fields in addition to the address field in any combination.

- You DO NOT have to enter a street number in the address field (i.e. you can just enter Peach Dr and retrieve a listing of matches of everyone who lives on this street).

- You do not have to enter any punctuation. (Punctuation is stripped from a search if it is entered).

- At this time, there is no particular sort order. Scroll through the results to find the address/owner you are trying to locate. (Try different variations of the address by using modify search link at the top of the page if you are having difficulty in locating the address/owner on your first attempt).

- There is no expansion on the terms you enter. For example, a search on Peach Dr will only look for matches with the terms Peach and Dr. You will not find matches with the terms Peachy, Peachtree, Peaches, Drive, etc.

- You do not have to enter street type. You may look for Peach Dr by just typing in Peach; however, you will retrieve matches with Peach St, Peach Ave, Peach Ct, etc.

- Abbreviations are not translated. For example, if you enter Peach Dr, it will not look for matches that contain the translated term Drive. It is recommended that you enter the abbreviated version, such as Peach Dr since this is how the data is often collected.

- Street Directions are not translated. For example, if you enter 103 W Peach Ave. The term "W" will not be translated to West. It is recommended that you enter the abbreviated version, such as W Peach Ave since this is how the data is often collected.

- Numerals are not translated. For example, if you enter 3rd Ave, only matches with 3rd Ave will appear. You will not find matches that contained the translated term Third. It is recommended that you enter the abbreviated version, such as 3rd Ave since this is how the data is often collected.

- If you chose to enter a city name in the template, do not abbreviate the name. For example, enter Los Angeles and not LA.

- A total of 25 matches will be shown on a page. To view matches beyond 25, use the "Next" and "Previous" links on each page.
