Database Info

	Database includes records on real estate transactions, including tax assessor (latest tax roll) and transfers (deed transfers). Each record may vary slightly in the amount of information that is provided (i.e. only a percentage of the records may contain a phone number). However, most tax assessor records should contain tax assessment information, while most deed records will only contain the deed transfer information and the sales information.
	The following information may be available by purchasing a Real Estate Tax Record: Name Property address Mailing address County Assessor's parcel number Legal description Lot size (square feet or acreage)
	Selected records may also contain the year built, number of baths, number of bedrooms, square feet, assesed value, tax amount and sale amount.
	The following information may be available by purchasing a Real Estate Deed Record: Buyer's name and Seller's name Assessor's parcel number County Lender and loan information Deed type
	What is NOT included in this database? Every county in the U.S. is not covered History of previous owners (e.g. like a chain of title) Actual copy of the full-text deed (the information will be an abstract of the deed or transfer information) Information like school districts, neighborhood statistics, flood zones, etc. will not be included in the detail record.
