 Search Tips

  • You may enter information in any of the fields in any combination. Enter information in one or more fields provided. You can search by a name and/or a street address.

  • The name field allows you to enter the name of the property owners, buyers, or sellers. Enter a partial name, full name, spouse name, or company/business name in any combination.

  • You may enter the name you are searching in any order. For example, a name such as Will Hunter, can be entered as Will Hunter or Hunter Will.

  • Similar names (including nicknames and spelling variations) will be searched automatically for common names. For example, William Tanner will find matches on William Tanner, Will Tanner, Willie Tanner, Bill Tanner, Billy Tanner, etc.

  • Do not enter partial characters. For example, if you enter BRO, it will not find Brown, Brothers, Broward, etc. There is NO expansion on the terms.

  • Middle initials may be included in the name. If you have a middle initial, it can be entered with the name in any order. For example, Will J Hunter can be entered as Will J Hunter or Hunter Will J or J Will Hunter.

  • You can search by suffix or titles. i.e. JR, SR, III, etc.) For example, Will Hunter III could be searched and you will only find matches with Will Hunter III in your results.

  • When searching by an address, there is translation on some of the terms (For example, St will find Street, 1st will find First). This will not apply to directional notations (North will not find N, Northwest will not find NW). For more effective searching, it is best to leave off any directional notations.

  • You do not have to enter a house number in the address field. Just enter the street name to retrieve matches for every property on the street.

  • To expand your results, do not enter apartment or condo numbers when entering an address.

  • It is recommended that you leave the City field blank when searching.

  • You do not have to enter any punctuation. Punctuation is stripped from a search if it is entered.

  • Results are not sorted in any particular order. Since your results are displayed in random order, scroll down the page to view the entire records.

  • Tax Assessor Records will appear first on the summary page, followed by the deed records.

  • A total of 25 matches will be shown on a page. To view matches beyond 25, use the "Next" and "Previous" links on each page.
