  Corporate Records
The Corporate database provides filing information from Secretary of State Offices across the United States. The types of information included are records related to corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, trademarks, reserved names, and more. Check the Coverage Area section to determine the jurisdictions included in the Corporate database.
  FEIN
The D&B FEIN database provides information about businesses such as their addresses and Duns Number (when available) along with their FEIN. The FEIN is the unique, nine-digit federal employer identification number issued to each business by the IRS. The information is collected by Dun & Bradstreet from a variety of sources, including business registrations.
  Business Yellow Pages
The Business Yellow Pages database provides general information from thousands of yellow page directories in the United States.
  Business Lawsuits, Liens, & Judgments
  The Lawsuits database provides filing information on civil suits from various courts, including circuit, district, small claims, chancery, and municipal courts throughout various jurisdictions in the United States.
  A lien is the right of a secured creditor to grab a specific item of property if you don't pay a debt. The Liens database provides filing information from various state and county offices throughout the United States. The types of liens collected are federal tax, state tax, county tax, city tax, state tax warrant, mechanics, personal property, attachment, judgment liens, agricultural, and chattel mortgage. Not all jurisdictions across the U.S. are included in the database.
  A judgment is a final court ruling resolving the key questions in a lawsuit and determining the rights and obligations of the opposing parties. The Judgments database provides filing information on civil judgments, judgment notes, default judgments, summary judgments, declaratory judgments, consent judgments, foreign judgments, judgment confessions, small claims, civil special, child support payments, deficiency, foreclosures, forcible entry/detainer, civil new filings, civil dismissal, vacated/appealed, abstract of judgment, and domestic divorce judgments from various county offices throughout the United States. Not all jurisdictions across the U.S. are included in the database.
